WHAT IS THE GREEN CAMPUS PROGRAM?

Under the guidance of the Alliance to Save Energy, the Green Campus Program seeks energy savings on university campuses through a student-led energy efficiency campaign. We are educating students, faculty, staff, and the local community on the importance of energy conservation and environmental stewardship.  Green Campus continually seeks energy savings by establishing ongoing environmental projects at the Cal Poly Pomona Campus....

In 2007, Cal Poly Pomona's President Ortiz signed onto the Presidents Climate Commitment.  This is a commitment to confront global warming and neutralize greenhouse gas emissions on an institutional level.
